Johnny Ryan: I started just because I was a fan of the show. I think the first one I did was maybe 30 characters and I sent it to Richard Christie and I didn't hear anything at first but then eventually a friend of mine got a screen-grab from, I guess they were watching a Howard TV show, when those guys were making prank phone calls and in their office I saw their poster framed on their wall. I guess I was inspired like, "Oh, I should keep going." Then after I finished one I was like, "Oh, I forgot to do so-and-so and so-and-so." So then I kept going and I sent them the next version and Richard was really impressed by that one. As I started to get more positive feedback from them it encouraged me to keep going. I think I've done three… this one is the fourth incarnation, the fourth time I've added stuff on. After every time I finish one it's like, "Oh, maybe I should have put on…or maybe I forgot…" It's definitely a work in progress. Who knows if I'll ever finish it?So you're just going to do it every few years?
Yeah, That's the other thing too. The last time I did it was in 2009 and a lot of these people that I've added are sort of people that have come on the scene recently, the majority of them anyway. Only a couple of them are folks from way back whom I forgot. So as the show keeps going on I'm sure there's going to be more people that I'm going to need to add.Have you ever heard anything from Howard about it?
No, not really. A lot of the Satellite people like Richard Christie and his stylist, Ralph, and Sam Simon own copies. Some of those people I have heard from. Ralph claims that he showed it to Howard and Howard liked it but, you know.
