After Earl Grey tea and re-run episodes of Absolutely Fabulous, Delphic is one of our favorite British exports. This Stockport, England-based quartet makes music that travels the windy roads between indie-dance, electro-rock, and even hypnotic shoegaze—a sub-genre that I have never been able to explain. While Delphic has established their career with the release of two quality LPs, the outfit has recentely made some waves in the more dance-friendly end of the pool, with a slew of internet-friendly remixes from buzzy producers and the release of their Get Familiar mixtape. On their recent mixtape, the group strays away from the longstanding album formula, turning to a more DJ-centric approach instead. To help spread the word on their newly released mix, Delphic has gifted us a premiere of the standout track "Colours Of The Day," a punchy joyride that will truly shine a light straight down into your soul. Thanks Delphic—you just made our day.
