After releasing his last solo album in 2013, veteran American producer Ramble John Krohn (aka RJD2) is back with a new record, which you can now stream over at Hype Machine.

Described as a "love letter to the Philly soul sound," Dame Fortune was recorded last year in Philadelphia, before Krohn moved back to his hometown of Columbus, Ohio. It features guest vocals from Blueprint, Jordan Brown, Phonte, and Son Little, and blends his hip-hop influences with a heavy dose of classic funk and soul references.

Dame Fortune comes out March 25 on Krohn's own imprint, RJ's Electrical Connections, preorder it here.
