Following a class-action lawsuit, Ticketmaster has provided free tickets and discount codes to customers who purchased tickets from the company between 1999 and 2013. In the class-action lawsuit, Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster, the company was sued for confusing and deceptive descriptions of their numerous service fees.In a settlement for the lawsuit, Ticketmaster has provided free tickets (on a first-come, first-serve basis), discounted tickets and discounted shipping for events at Live Nation-operated venues at Live Nation's discretion. According to the information website, Live Nation is still finalizing the list of eligible events. Once finalized, the list of events will be available here. Most free tickets are set to expire in 2020.In order to access your tickets, log into Ticketmaster's website. Access "Your Account" and find any available discounts or free tickets under "Active Vouchers."
