410-Pound Baylor Tight End LaQuan McGowan Catches Touchdown

We have a Fat Guy touchdown.

Baylor is dismantling Kansas 52-7 and the first half, mercifully, just ended. Early in the second quarter, when the score was already 31-7, Baylor lined up 6-foot-7, 410-pound tight end LaQuan McGowan in the backfield as lead blocker for Johnny Jefferson. Seth Russell play-faked to Jefferson and found McGowan running down the middle of the field completely alone and tossed it to him for an 18-yard touchdown. McGowan then side-stepped around the only Jayhawk in the area, who didn't look like he wanted much to do with the mountain of a man in the first place.

This isn't the first time McGowan has scored, you might remember him scooting for 18 yards (again) in the Cotton Bowl against Michigan State last January. We don't necessarily want to call this a Fat Guy touchdown because according to the broadcast, McGowan has only three percent body fat. So, let's just call it Giant Fucking Human touchdown.

If this doesn't quite illustrate the day Kansas has had against Baylor, perhaps this 13 second clip of a Baylor drive will hammer it home for you.
