Wynne of Twin Shadow Made A Sick Remix For Fort Lean

Their heart-on-sleeve indie-pop is re-imagined as a dark cavern club banger.

Here's Fort Lean with their game faces on.

Twin Shadow is the brain trust of George Lewis Jr., who grew up in the Dominican Republic. His band churns out catchy, Cure-influenced synth-pop - you should check out their sounds here.

Twin Shadow recorded their debut album, Forget, back in 2010, and the assistant engineer happened to be a bassist named Jake Aron, who happens to play in a band called Fort Lean. If you don't know them, Fort Lean makes emotive indie-pop with a big fat heart slapped on its sleeve. Twin Shadow became fast friends with Jake, and now he's got a new remix from Twin Shadow's keyboardist Wynne Bennet, who also goes by the name of DJ Lee Cooper. It's an eighties-inspired dark cavern club banger, and you can check it out right here:
