This past fall, THUMP teamed up with college-focused multimedia platform Verge Campus to present Game Day Tour, enlisting some of our very favorite DJs to play parties in conjunction with the year’s most exciting NCAA football matchups. Hitting a grand total of ten cities and featuring the likes of dubstep deity 12th Planet, Los Angeles’ AC Slater, Jersey club innovator Sliink, dancehall rewirer ApeDrums, and more, it was without a doubt a force to be reckoned with.
If you harbor any doubts about our ability to throw a great party, the above tour recap video should dispel them pretty quickly. And if you’re bummed about having missed out on the fun, don’t worry, because it’s never too early to start making plans for Game Day Tour 2016. Stay tuned for more info, and revisit the special college editions of our Crate Expectations series, featuring Fool’s Gold co-founder Nick Catchdubs and Denver wunderkind Wuki.
