A lot of people consider Karachi in Pakistan to be the most violent city in the world and, in 2011, three times as many people were killed in Karachi than in American drone strikes, so those people are probably right. We went over to spend some time in the world's biggest rubbish dump, spoke to a hit man who claimed to have killed 35 people, met the don of Lyari (one of the most violent slums in Pakistan) and hung out with police while they went round accusing people of being Taliban.
