The Browns didn’t come right out and say it, but the writing is on the wall. Sure, they’ve messed that up before, but this time we can probably assume it’s accurate: Johnny Manziel is done in Cleveland. After yet another incident involving an alleged assault with his girlfriend or ex-girlfriend, the Browns have finally had enough and issued a stern press release on the matter. After a brief summation about what a fuck-up Manziel is, the statement simply reads, “His status with our team will be addressed when permitted by league rules.”

Waivers pick back up again the Monday after the Super Bowl, so we won’t have a long wait to confirm what we already know. Enjoy him, Dallas.
