Professional skater Neen Williams spent years partying through his nights and sleeping through his days, and started to find himself growing less motivated to skate. Now, the 31-year-old has gone completely sober, eating healthy and working out to make sure he remains at the top of his game.

VICE spent a day with Williams as he trained, stretched, and skated to see how he makes sure he can keep shredding for as long as possible.
