Sautéed Sea Beans Recipe

Serve these briny beans with salt-baked fish or on their own.

Total: 5 minutes

a couple handfuls of sea beans, cleaned and trimmed
3 tablespoons butter
1 or 2 cloves of garlic


1. Heat your skillet over medium high heat. Melt the butter and add the sea beans. Microplane the garlic over top—stir rapidly to incorporate the garlic—the sautéing happens quickly. Remove from heat and serve alongside salt-baked fish or on their own.
