Clemson LB Ben Boulware Frenches Championship Trophy

Ben Boulware had a lot of feelings about the championship (and the trophy), and he wasn't afraid to show them to the world.

Clemson's Ben Boulware has waited a long time to get his hands on the College Football Playoff National Championship Trophy—to caress it, to kiss it, to explore it with his tongue. Dude, you're on TV.

It wasn't all man-on-trophy erotica for the senior linebacker, however. Boulware also delivered one of the most stirring post-game speeches/wrestling promos in recent history following the Tigers' 35-31 upset victory over Alabama.

It was a truly touching tribute to the Clemson players who came before. That doesn't necessarily mean that those alums will get a chance with Boulware's trophy, though. Clearly, he has marked his territory.

At least Boulware hasn't gone "all the way" like Warriors owner Joe Lacob did with the Larry O'Brien trophy. Not yet, anyway.
