MIXED BY Clean Bandit

Everyone is curious about Clean Bandit. So much so, that they're the UK's most Shazam'd act. People hear them and just want more. It's also the reason they've been heavily remixed by the likes of The Magician and Bontan, both of which are included towards the end of this killer MIXED BY selection. Clean Bandit are thriving off of the UK house sound of the moment—that familiar and endlessly excellent Disclosure, Rudimental and AlunaGeorge tip. The only difference: Clean Bandit has four members, one of whom plays the cello. Neil from the band even told us he refers to their sound as "electronic chamber music."

Clean Bandit released their first single "Mozart's House" in 2013 as an introduction to their quirky habit of mixing classical music with the electronic house world. The wildly popular hit came via independant British label Black Butter and made way for the group's January 2014 UK chart-topping single "Rather Be." Clean Bandit's first album is scheduled to drop this June. "Working with different vocalists on different tracks brings a totally different vibe to each, but hopefully the sound of the strings and the underlying personalities still come through" says the band. We certainly like how that sounds but until then, stay satiated with this delicious mix.
