The 2015 edition of the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival is upon us—and THUMP is psyched to get in on the action this year. We've scheduled a whole day of programming for next Saturday, November 7th, starting with a series of afternoon roundtable chats. At night we'll all head to the Music Hall of Williamsburg, where Floating Points and his eleven-piece ensemble will grace the THUMP stage with a rare live performance.

It all kicks off at 4 PM at the VICE office lobby in Williamsburg, with a session called Future-Proofing Tomorrow's Technology, a celebration of today's timeless gear and tomorrow's classics that we've organized with the help of the lovely folks over at Novation Music. Then it's The Invisible Woman: Gender Equality in Dance Music (a subject we at THUMP have spent plenty of time covering), followed by What the Streaming Wars Mean for the Future of Music, and at 7 PM, a community roundtable on New York City Vogue and Ballroom Culture. Then at 8 PM, doors open at the Music Hall of Williamsburg, which gives us just about enough time to wolf down a salad before party time.To RSVP for the daytime roundtable sessions, email us at thump-media@vice.com. Tickets for Saturday night's gig at the THUMP stage are available here.
