This time last year the internet was flooded with posts about DIY Chanel and Marc Jacobs purses made from industrial trash bags. Therefore I am in no way surprised that Louis Vuitton has actually decided to go ahead and manufacture a series of $2,000 handbags that look like garbage. Between this and Vivienne West's 2010 Milan "homeless chic" show, I'm looking forward to getting a lot of fashion-related laugh therapy this year.
