MIXED BY Icicle

Close the door, turn out the lights, switch off your phone. You don't want anyone to see the screwfaces you're about to be making. Shogun Audio's Icicle is up on the latest MIXED BY, and it's a dark, dark adventure through heady bass music. The 54 minute journey is populated with tracks from Icicle's upcoming album Entropy, released next week, but also features appearances from Goth Trad, Mefjus, Hybris, Moody Good and Proxima.

The dutchman's one of those rare artists who excels at production and DJing. The sound design on his tunes is second to none, and his sets weave through dubstep and drum & bass like doing so is no big deal. We're pretty sure this mix is a big deal, though, especially as these selections in particular finds him foraying into house and techno themes.
