Charles Woodson Goes Flying for his Second Interception of Peyton Manning

Charles Woodson made a ridiculous play to get his second interception of the day against Peyton Manning.

Charles Woodson had to wait 18 years, but he finally picked off Peyton Manning and he only had to wait another quarter to get his second interception against his fellow future Hall of Famer. Woodson's first pick came in the end zone as the Broncos tried to score at the end of the first half. The intended target, Owen Daniels got held up as he approached the goal line and Woodson was in perfect position to make the easy catch.

His next pick, at the top of this post, was much more difficult. He was playing in centerfield and ranged over to the sideline and leapt over Demaryius Thomas and his own teammate to snag the ball right before Thomas had a chance to get his fingers on it. He even managed to spin and contort himself in order to secure the ball and fall down in bounds. Coming into the game, Woodson was well aware that none of his 62 career interceptions (good for ninth on the all-time list) came from Manning. Speaking to the NFL Network earlier in the week, Woodson said "he's eluded me for 18 years." Not anymore.
