Breaking the ice with London commuters

Journeys on the London metro system, also known as the Tube, is a time when commuters are in close proximity with other human beings, yet very little conversation and interaction takes place. VICE News meets Jonathan “Juggsy” Dunne, a National Health Service worker and comedian who is trying to change this with buttons saying “Tube Chat?” on them.
