The Promoter for this Prize Draw is Vice UK Limited whose registered office is at New North Place, London EC2A 4JA (the "Promoter" or "we"). This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
To enter, entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry and must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
To submit an entry, an entrant must provide their email address.
The prize is two guestlist places (the "Prize") to VICE film screening of Stephen King's IT on Thursday 7th September 2017 at Dolby Europe Limited, 4–6 Soho Square, London W1D 3PZ, United Kingdom at 6.00pm (the "Event") in collaboration with our partner, Warner Brothers ("Partner") . There are 25 pairs of tickets to be won in total and the successful entrants will be selected by the Promoter at random.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may not enter the Prize Draw; neither may the employees of any third party sponsors, prize providers or their immediate families.
The Prize Draw launches on Wednesday 23rd August 2017 and closes on Tuesday 29th August 2017 at 09:00. Any entries received outside of this time period will not be successful.
You will require internet access, an email address, and must be available to attend the Event, to enter the Prize Draw.
The winners will be informed by email and must accept the prize by no later than Wednesday 30th August 2017 at 17:00, after which time another winner will be chosen and notified. Names will be added to a guest list and ID will be required upon entry to the Event.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorised email account holder will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person in whose name the email account has been issued. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
The Promoter and its Partner will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control:
Any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw and/or Event;
Any change to the Prize or the way in which it can be used;
Any problems with the dispatch of the Prize (such as the Prize failing to reach the intended recipient) or the subsequent enjoyment of the Prize;
Any act or default of any third party supplier including the venue.
Prize is non-exchangeable, non transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
This Prize does not include travel or transport of any form. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Only one entry per person. If more than one entry is received per person, only the first entry received will be eligible. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Use of a false name will result in disqualification.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The Promoter and its Partner reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event for any reason.
The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Prize Draw, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any Prize.
The Prize is subject to availability and if applicable, any Partner or venue's policies and procedures.
Each entrant agrees to the use of his/her personal information (including the information publically available on an entrant's facebook account and if provided by the entrant, an email address) being (i) used and stored by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw and if applicable (ii) shared by the Promoter with its Partner or the Event venue , for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Prize Draw and co-ordinating the Event only. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://www.vice.com/en_uk/pag… and in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
Unless stated otherwise the winners will be chosen from all correct entries received by the Closing Date.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or provide an address or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
If for any reason the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the Prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
