Whoever is running the social media accounts for the City of Oklahoma City (yeah, sounds weird to me too) is fucking slaying it right now. Aside from doing a couple of funny comedy bits with a spin on "Parks and Rec," the municipal governing body is now in the business of trolling Kevin Durant.
