Singer-songwriter and semi-professional beef participant Ryan Adams has a new song out today. It's called "Denver7 (Piece of Heaven)," and it's a slow-jammed love letter to a Colorado news station. It mostly involves Adams begging for the opportunity to host their weather forecast. It also includes this nugget, early on: "Gotta get the updates / Who saw a bear?"Adams's dream will come true today at 5 PM when he'll stand in for meteorologist Mike Nelson. Adams and anchor Shannon Odgen have been building this up on Twitter for the past week. Everyone seems very excited.
