In the middle of a press conference, Seattle-based Spokesman Review reporter Sean Kramer asked a question after St. Joseph's win last night against Cincinnati in Spokane, and Martelli interrupted Kramer to soak in some West Coast vibes."I've never been to a press conference where a guy has his feet up on the chair in front of him.
