Julian 'The Jackal' Wallace, 28, has pleaded guilty to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one count of intentionally choking with recklessness after an attack on his fiance, Jessy Jess, who is also an MMA fighter.Jess, who featured in the ABC Series, Hello Stranger, told the Daily Mail she was attacked in their Newtown apartment in Sydney's inner-west after arriving home late with the wrong noodles for dinner. Wallace, who had become incensed, then accused her of being unfaithful and began beating her.'He started attacking me, it went on for about 20 minutes, he kicked me in the head with timberland boots on,' Ms Jess told Daily Mail Australia.'He got me in a muay thai headlock in the kitchen and was elbowing me in the face.'He was holding my head in one hand and hitting me with the other,' she added.She was then placed in a headlock so severe she began lose consciousness. Jess attempted tap his forearm to signal she was about to pass out but he only increased the pressure of the hold, says Jess.'I kept tapping him on the arm because I could feel that I was going to lose consciousness; he pulled tighter and I thought that would be the end,' Ms Jess told the Daily Telegraph.Jess somehow managed to break free before landing a blow on Wallace that knocked him out whereupon she was able to call the police. The 28 year old Wallace will be sentenced on December 7. Earlier this month he made headlines after his barbershop in Newtown banned women from entry.His fighting career has been mediocre to say the least with six wins and four losses. The video of him being knocked out in the opening 20 seconds of an MMA fight in Brisbane last year has been viewed almost 20 million times on Youtube.
