The Sisters of Mercy Are Reissuing Their 1992 Album “Some Girls Wander By Mistake”

It's time to get your gloom on again.

UK goth lords the Sisters Of Mercy have announced details of an expanded four LP boxset of their 1992 compilation Some Girls Wander By Mistake.

Set for release on September 1 through Rhino Records, the pack includes bonus 12-inches of "Temple of Love" and "Under the Gun", which will have fans sweating off their face paint in anticipation.

Originally released on the Leeds band's own label Merciful Release, the album collects works of the band from 1980 to 1983 and takes its name from a line from "Teachers", a track from Leonard Cohen's 1967 album Songs of Leonard Cohen. The song was a staple in the band's live set.

Led by the leather clad, greased haired and dark shaded Andrew Eldritch, the band is considered one of the greatest goth rock bands.
