Last year, the East Atlanta Santa released The Autobiography of Gucci Mane, an unbelievable tale of his journey as a pioneer of trap music, while fighting a lean addiction and a number of incarcerations. Gucci isn't new to the silver screen after playing himself in 2013's Spring Breakers, and this time his rumoured return to feature films is for the film adaptation of his New York Times best-seller.
With Paramount Players and Imagine Entertainment launching a development deal for rights to his story, we've gone through the trouble of casting the entire movie in advance.
Caleb McLaughlin as Teen Gucci
Mehki Phifer as 2000s Gucci
Chadwick Boseman as Post-Jail Gucci
Chad Boseman is already the reigning king of biopics after playing Jackie Robinson and James Brown. Let's add Guwop to that list.
Mo'Nique as Vicky, Mama Gucci
Jason Mitchell as Throwback, Gucci's Brother
Jason Mitchell knocked it out of the park as Eazy E in Straight Outta Compton. Playing Throwback should be light work.
Bokeem Woodbine as Coach K
This is how Bokeem finally gets his Oscar.
Kevin Hart as Zaytoven
Faizon Love as Big Cat
Evan Ross as OJ Da Juiceman
Michael Ealy as Waka Flocka Flame
Larenz Tate as Young Scooter
Joseph Sikora as DJ Drama
Anthony Anderson as Shawty Lo
Blacc Chyna as Nicki Minaj
Chyna was already a body double for Nicki in the "Monster" video, so she's basically a natural.
Steve Harris as Young Jeezy
T.D. Jakes as Rick Ross
God forgives, we don't.
Hologram of Slim Dunkin as Slim Dunkin
He can never be replaced.
Bow Wow as Soulja Boy
No, we're not joking.
Lakeith Stanfield as 2Chainz
Meryl Streep as Future
Have you ever seen Meryl Streep and Future in the same room? Neither have we.
Ashton Sanders as Young Thug
He's already got to the Oscars for Moonlight. Why not get slimey?
Brian Pumper as Mike Will Made It
Again, not joking.
Vince Vaughn as Harmony Korine
Jared Leto as Marilyn Manson
Just imagine the method acting techniques he'd apply here.
Michael Rapaport as Todd Moscowitz
Zendaya as Keyshia Ka'Oir
Daniel Kaluuya as Chief Keef
Waka Flocka Flame as Deb Antney
Why not keep it in the family?
