PREMIERE: Listen to Three Remastered Tracks from Waxwork Records' 'Friday The 13th Part 3' Remaster

Waxwork Records gives you something to scream about.

The most important thing in horror movies that normies often don't give enough credit to is sound. It creates an intense atmosphere, and creates some of a movie's most iconic moments. No other series is this more true for than Friday The 13th, with all its spooky glory and hushes. So of course, Waxwork Records is continuing their line of soundtrack remasters with their new remastered score to Friday The 13th Part 3.

Waxwork tapped original composer of the series, Harry Manfredini to go through the original audio's analog tapes, capturing each sound cue and bit of music, and remastering for a vinyl. The release comes in a beautiful gatefold packaging, showcasing the deleted alternate ending kill that Jason Vorhees should have carried out. Each record also renders the vibe perfectly, coming in a two LP set of either 3D tinted red and blue, or a classic blood splatter on both discs.

You can stream a few tracks from the rerelease (including of course the classic disco theme from the movie), and check out what the release will look like. You can pre-order your copy from Waxwork Records right here.
