I remember my high school prom, which was basically me and a few friends trying to hide flasks of shitty liquor while awkwardly trying, and failing, to go all the way with our dates. Yes, I grew up in a John Hughes movie. The prom itself was pretty goddamn tame too and definitely didn't have a punch bowl, instead there were bottled waters, canned sodas and similar run-of-the-mill beverages.
