Bimas’ “I Need” is the Soundtrack to Late-Night YouTube Sessions

Loco Dice’s Desolat label looks to the Italian producer for the 'System Crashed' EP

Loco Dice's influential Desolat label looks to Belgium-born Italian producer Bimas for System Crashed, a firing new EP that features four rollicking club cuts, plus a digital bonus edit from Joy Kitikonti.

Bimas has been in the game making music for more than a decade and DJing even longer. He first released on Desolat back in 2012 and has continued kept up with high-quality releases ever since. These tracks are inspired by old songs he discovered through late-night marathon YouTube listening sessions. Standing out amongst them is the infectious "I Need," which is not just big in terms of the size of the groove, but in its funky drums, warm pads, and overall playful, inviting vibe. It's the kind of banger that races along; you simply have no choice but to go with it.

Perhaps the greatest compliment paid to "I Need" is that it's been probably the only track that Dice has been dropping lately without edits, loops, or effects. So, in other words, you don't have to take our word for it that this tune has got the goods.
