Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey Flicks in a Cheeky Goal in Thrilling North London Derby

It was like a gentle whisper of the heel, as if to say, "go in, little fella."

Oh, what a North London derby we have on our hands here today, friends. Top tier sides Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal came into today's match with not only the bitter cross-town rivalry, but a title to claim. And now it's Arsenal's match to lose, after Aaron Ramsey connected with a low and tight cross that he redirected—oh so cheekily—with the inside of his right heel. As it stands, Arsenal would pull level with Spurs' 54 points. But there's too much on the line to mistake the halftime score for a final bell. Stay tuned.

50'

God bless goal line technology, at the very least, so that we know just how preposterously close Arsenal's David Ospina was to not saving this goal. Razor thin enough to cut a part into Giroud's coiffe.

Update, 70'

Oh, it's not over, good friends. After Arsenal's Francis Coquelin was administered his second yellow card, the Gunners were dispatched of a player—as if the gods wanted to keep things interesting. And interesting they got.

And just a scant 1'58" later, as if the scrappy goal wasn't enough to earn the Spurs a rightful comeback, Harry Kane curls in an absolute beauty of a shot, to the delight of the 55-year title-droughted Lillywhites.

You can almost hear the ping of the post through that gif.

Update 77'

Aaaaaaaaand did you think that Arsenal was going to take that lying down? Alexis Sanchez scores his first goal since October 17, and what a time to do it. There were admittedly some (many) holes in the defense, as Alexis is covered by three players without much challenge. Four, if you count the keeper. But who could count him with a poor dive like that. Should have made that stop.
