The Chainsmokers Plan to Release More New Music This Year

Drew Taggart, one half of the Chainsmokers, shared the news in a Q & A with fans on Twitter.

The Chainsmokers may have finally dropped out of the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 singles chart, but that doesn't mean they plan on staying quiet for long.

During a Q & A on Twitter with fans, Drew Taggart, one half of the ubiquitous group, told Twitter user @kardbangtan the group plans on releasing more new music this year.

There's no word on when or how this new music will be released.

Only a few months ago, the duo released their debut album, Memories…Do Not Open. The album debuted at number one and sold 221,000 equivalent album units.
