Crust Supergroup Tau Cross Drop Video for "Deep State" and Reveal New Album

The time for crust is now.

Tau Cross, the multinational metal supergroup headed up by Amebix frontman/crust O.G. Rob Miller and Voivod drummer/Quebec prog-metal legend Michel Langevin, will be upon us once again with their new album Pillar of Fire. It's out July 21st, and as a quick bite to tide us over they've released "Deep State," the first single and video.

Riding post-punk-inspired but cudgel-like riffs, Miller's gravelly intonations of conspiracies and ruined governments speak all too loudly in 2017. It's truly wild how the political climate of the 1980s came back to bite us all in the ass. At least we have metal to make some sense of it all. Watch the "Deep State" video above.
