Paul David’s Latest Bombastic Barrage Will Have You Moving "To The Rhythm"

His latest release takes a dynamic, phantasmagoric trip through elements of classic, modern, and underground house.

We've said it once, and we'll say it again: there's something strange going on in Windsor because the southernmost city in Canada is a breeding ground for talented electronic music producers. Case in point, Paul David and his upcoming To The Rhythm EP.

The UK-born, Windsor-raised musician now resides in Toronto, where his versatile and forward-thinking productions have received support from international DJs such as Carl Craig, Sander Kleinenberg, and Markus Schulz. David also landed performances at Movement, WEMF, and Toronto's Edgefest, among others.

His latest release takes a dynamic, phantasmagoric trip through elements of classic, modern, and underground house. The title track is a bouncy blast of UK-style wobbles, future house builds, and sun-soaked Dirtybird-esque tech house that is a surefire party-starter no matter your location.

"There is such a rich history of house and electronic music that I wanted to draw on as an influence, but it is also vital to propel those sounds toward the future," said Paul. "That is what the To The Rhythm EP is all about. The future is now."

Pick up the To The Rhythm EP on April 10 via Paul's own Burner Records label.
