Stream Robert Dietz's New Single ‘Chrome'

Hot out of his new Berlin studio.

Robert Dietz is back with another minimal tech house groove that will have those hear it in a fierce two-step. The four track EP out on Steve Lawler's VIVa imprint, takes minimal melodies and pairs them with sharp rhythms to create something special for the usual tech house feel the label has. Chrome/Famas has a dark vibe with a deep, rolling bassline that gives the tracks a fluid feel. The first two tracks are originals by Dietz, and on the flip are remixes of both from Randall M and Fernando Constantini—both remixes maintain the original but have a more driving, jacking attitude with exploration of the 303. Fresh out of his new studio in Berlin, the exploration of underground techno that Chrome/Famas holds fits perfectly with the German city.
