MTV BLEEPS OUT MOLLY DURING THE VMAS
We are trying to figure out why we can have Lady Gaga and Hannah Montana's ass all over the stage making us feel weird, but we can't even hear the word "Molly" when our grandmother is probably doing it with her friends at this point. Also remember this? Also, how many people are naming their kids Molly RIGHT NOW?

THE GREAT WALL OF TWERK
Because there hasn't been enough twerk talk this week at all, our boy Diplo is going for the momentum gold and trying to create and break a twerking world record at the same damn time. Apparently, he's recruiting hundreds of juicy-assed ladies to join his "twerk wall" on stage at New York City's Electric Zoo festival this weekend. Send him a video of you expressing yourself if you haven't done so already. Hopefully this will be the twerk session to end all twerking and we can all just go back to werking.

AND IF YOU HAVEN'T HAD ENOUGH…
In the same week that Miley Cyrus took over the internet and Diplo decided to make his name in history, the Oxford Dictionary Online added the word "twerk" (along with "selfie," "unliked," "derp," and "jorts") proving that, as Whitney Houston once speculated, the children are our future and that dictionaries are totally irrelevant now. On the same day, NY Post published an illustrated twerk dance lesson. Just give in. You cannot escape. You will come home and your mom will be twerking while making the Kraft Mac 'n' Cheese.

THE RIGHT WAVE
Last week, during the UK's Notting Hill Carnival, London DJ/producer Nightwave played at the Boiler Room and received a barrage of hate messages after via Twitter and email. Let's get this straight: some goofy-looking pizza-faced DJ dude can play off a controller at Boiler Room and it's okay, but when a talented and attractive female DJ actually mixes and stuff, she gets hated on from all angles. What do you guys even want? You guys are ruining your own lives.

Blaq is back! The famed Baltimore club producer (who has been producing for M.I.A. in Los Angeles) is back and in the studio with Jersey club kings DJ Sliink and Swizzymack.
