If you missed it last night, Argentina did the entirely thinkable and dismantled the United States 4-0 in the Copa America semifinal in Houston. There was no legitimate argument to make for a USMNT win, but that's what happens when you play a stacked team that also trots out the best player on the planet. However, there's a silver lining there, and it is this: we all got to watch Lionel Messi, on American soil, manipulate the physical world in such a way that you can't even be upset because you stalled out at the part where you're just marveling at him. It's the sort of thing that inspires adults to throw caution to wind, run on the pitch, and ask a tiny soccer player to sign a jersey before bowing to him like some kind of God. A God who signed it, hugged the man, and politely gave him back the Sharpie, to boot.

What I'm saying is: just watch this free kick until you die, or your monitor dies, or both. Sure, USMNT lost, but Messi is for everyone.[FS1]Leo Messi with Pitch invader.pic.twitter.com/lw8p7uqO4k
