Pogba Laces in A Magnificent Screamer That Helps Manchester United Snuff Out Swansea 3-1

Newly-appointed Swansea manager Bob Bradley has a lot of digging to do in order to get out of this hole.

Bob Bradley's Swans stood little chance against even a faltering (No. 7) Manchester United today. This much was evident, as they conceded three goals to Mourinho's lost boys (though, Mourinho, from the stands was the lost-est looking boy). BUT—but—if there's a way to get scored on, and make it look like no one's fault, Paul Pogba certainly provided it.

In the 15th minute, Pogba found himself on the receiving end of an errant header that landed him a half-volley opportunity, which he mightily capitalized on. The ball seemed to take a quick sigh in midair, as Pogba leaned himself at a nearly 45-degree angle to accommodate and rocketed it along a straight line, as if pulled along a track. It was simply magnificent.

Manchester United's party wasn't entirely done, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a brace, the first goal of which involved a beautiful series of misdirections only to skip along a tidy little goal into the left corner from well-clear of the top of the box.

Zlatan tallied his second before the half, and Swansea mounted a feeble attack that saw just a one-goal reply in the 69th minute (nice). There's only one way to consider this match, care of our very own Brian Blickenstaff:

Swansea out here making Manchester United look like… Manchester United
