Check Out The Latest Addition to 20:20 Vision's Prolific Roster, iO Sounds

There's scant information available about the London producer known as iO Sounds. All we really know is that his IRL name is Rob Burn, that he's released with Lakosa on Kerri Chandler's MadTech imprint, and that he contributed a remix to a record on Chandler's mainstay label, Madhouse. Now we've got word that his next effort, an EP titled Uncut Vol. 1, is due out next week on the prolific house label 20:20 Vision. iO's induction into the 20:20 family bodes well for his future, as the UK outpost has helped to break artists like Maya Jane Coles, Paul Woolford, Ejeca, and Doc Daneeka (via its 2020 Midnight Visions imprint). His debut on the label, Uncut Vol. 1, revels in dusty mechanics, low-slung basslines, and the odd instrumental or vocal squawk. Check it out in the player below.
