Chicago rock 'n' roll mainstays Wilco are putting out their eleventh studio album Ode To Joy on Friday. Based on the strength of the recently released singles "Love Is Everywhere (Beware)" and "Everyone Hides" alone, the LP will easily be another great addition to an already legendary catalog. But after the band's stellar Monday night appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the new record might even be their best in a decade.

For the performance, Wilco played the rollicking "Everyone Hides." Though the band has long been a consistently great well-oiled machine live, they felt especially locked in thanks to the song's slinky groove. This is especially the case as guitarist Nels Cline rips a pretty gnarly solo.
