As well as a sneak peak at Rome's upcoming mixtape 'Beautiful Pimp II'.

Rome Fortune is an exceptionally tasteful rapper. He does a lot with a little, crafting catchy hooks with only a few words and leaving room ample room between his lines, all while leaning comfortably on his “I said…” ad lib.

Fresh Start Productions’ video for “Ice Cream Man” (produced by Childish Major of “U.O.E.N.O.” fame) is equally restrained. Rome delivers his lines while leaving his house and walking down an alley. The house is clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and the alley could be anywhere. His salmon-hued kicks looks expensive but everything else sits perfectly in its place.

The “Ice Cream Man” video doubles as a promo for his Beautiful Pimp 2 mixtape, symbolized by a bright neon “II” in his living room which also visibile on the tape’s artwork. The first Beautiful Pimp dropped almost exactly a year earlier. It was lowkey rap head favorite, featuring Rome’s unique bars and lush production from slate of producers who would all go on to have breakout years in 2014.

We’re all looking forward to see what Volume II brings.
