You might think, in terms of NBA jobs, it probably doesn't get easier than coaching the Golden State Warriors. That's no slight against Steve Kerr, it's just that things get a lot less stressful when you can trot out Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson every night. But there are still other things to navigate as a head coach in the NBA. You've got to manage egos. Deal with the constant threat of young, dumb, and extraordinarily wealthy dudes running into some kind of trouble on their off time. And of course, the dreaded media. And Kerr even excels at that. Whereas his mentor, Gregg Popovich, is rather icy with the media, often wearing his contempt on his sleeve through press conferences, Keer is affable and game. What's his secret? A goddamned bath, apparently.Just go and listen to this interview with the Bay Area's Damon Bruce and start around the 3:40 mark. You will hear the unmistakable sounds of a man splooshing and splashing around in a bath. Bruce allows it to go on for a few seconds and then directly calls Kerr out on it.

"Coach, are you taking a bath?!" Bruce asked.
"Could you hear a little water in the background?" Kerr laughed.
"Yeah. Are you drawing circles in the water while I talk to you in a bathtub?" Bruce said.
Bruce kept pressing and Kerr kept evading—"what else do you want to know about the Warriors, Damon?"—before Kerr finally came clean. "Just trying to take care of my body, that's all."The Warriors host the Dallas Mavericks tonight at 10:30 PM EST."I'm gonna to refrain from commenting," Kerr replied. "We're just going to continue with the interview."
