YG Is Not Backing Down with "YNS" and "F*ck It Up"

YFN Lucci and Blac Youngsta provide an assist on one of two new songs.

There are few rappers better at capturing the confusion and contradictions of the modern US better than YG (says me, a Canadian). With 2016's Still Brazy still not getting old, the Compton rapper has released two new songs today.

The first is the Southern-styled "YNS," which features YFN Lucci and Blac Youngsta over a Zaytoven-ish piano trap beat. The video for said song begins with what looks like a ripped-from-the-headlines smartphone clip of YG and co. facing police brutality. It's chilling and you can watch it above. "Fuck It Up" is more in YG's usual lane, and goes off, obviously. You can stream that one below.
