A Deadly Adoption: Official Teaser Trailer | Lifetime

Last April, [news came out](http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/will-ferrell-kristen-wiig-film-785945) that Will Ferrell and Kristin Wiig had been working on a top-secret movie for Lifetime parodying the channel's gut-wrenching, melodramatic original movies. The film, called _A Deadly Adoption_, was reported to be a "contemporary wink at the genre" and was scheduled for a summer 2015 release. The first teaser trailer from the film was just released, and it looks to be a gripping domestic thriller. The movie was written by Andrew Steele, who worked with Ferrell on his spaghetti western farce _[Casi de Mi Padre](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1702425/?ref_=nm_knf_i2)_. _A Deadly Adoption_ premieres June 20 on Lifetime.
