Looking for a skilled warrior to add to the team, History struck a deal with the Bringer of Rain.The channel beefed up its lineup with the acquisition of American League MVP Josh Donaldson, who was inked to a guest starring role for the fourth season of the TV series Vikings. The bruiser, who clubbed a career-high 41 homers during his first season in Toronto, will play the role of viking warrior Hoskuld in an episode that will air later in 2016.
A noted fan who received a Viking-like haircut earlier in the offseason, Donaldson is off to Ireland this week to film before heading to the Sunshine State for spring training next month.
