Here's a Complete List of the 2019 Oscar Nominations

'Roma' and 'The Favourite' are leading the pack.

On Tuesday, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced its full list of this year's Oscars nominees—and it looks like Roma and The Favourite are on track to win big. Both films are leading the pack with ten nominations apiece, and they'll go head-to-head in major categories like Best Picture and Best Director. This also marks the first time that Netflix has nabbed a Best Picture nom, after Amazon Studios beat them in that streaming service Oscars race with Manchester by the Sea back in 2017.

Golden Globe winners Vice, Bohemian Rhapsody, and the inexplicable awards darling Green Book pulled in a lot of nominations this year, but there were some welcome surprises, too: Roma's Yalitza Aparicio is the first Indigenous woman to be nominated for Best Actress, Spike Lee has finally been nominated for Best Director, and Black Panther officially became the first superhero movie to be nominated for Best Picture after that brutal snub of Dark Knight over a decade ago. The Coen brothers' saggy but weirdly delightful western anthology film The Ballad of Buster Scruggs also landed three nominations after being mostly ignored this awards season.

The 2019 Academy Awards, which will also be the first Oscars without a host since the 1980s, will air Sunday, February 24 on ABC. Until then, check out the full list of nominees below.
