London's 'second most popular pirate radio station' Kurupt FM took over Mista Jam's BBC 1Xtra radio show last night and given that MC Grindah and Beats are, according to their mums, two of the most respected and talented pioneers in their lane, shit went well and truly OFF.

Despite the fact 1Xtra operates a no blazing policy - which surely went against some of Kurupt FM's "religious beliefs" - Grindah and Beats spit upon the rhythm and set the airwaves alight in just under twelve minutes. Here are a few highlights:

"I shit upon the riddim when I shit upon the riddim"

"One two three four five, once I caught a fish alive / then I came down with a garage vibe, whose on the microphone ready to ride?"

"If I was Jesus, I would remix with a laser"

"E stands for the energy / A stands for Audi"

"This one's big inside the arena / Bid daddy Grindah slice of pizza / This one's big inside the venue / DJ Beats and I'm passin' through / Garage music in the menu"

"MC Grindah is a lyrical pro, DJ Beats is a lyrical pro, DJ Steves is a literal pro".

Once that's over, seeing as the Kurupt FM crew are well connected, a couple of their friends are brought through to finish up the remaining forty five minutes of their sixty minute takeover: including Shola Ama, Big Narstie, and MC Vapour. Halfway through Stormzy turns up because MC Grindah wanted to "give him a chance to spit some bars, get out there and that". Then at the end Craig David, who admits he took three years out of his career to study the way Kurupt FM make music, slides into the studio and drops "Fill Me In" and a brand new track.

Unfortunately, superstar Chapuddy G does not make an appearance. Watch below:
