With vibrant pencil strokes, London-based illustrator Supershinobi makes lifelike recreations of creatures exotic, domestic, and completely made up. Alongside tiger, fox, and T-Rex, his Instagram account gathers the likes of Hayao Miyazaki favorites Totoro, Moro, the wolf goddess from Princess Mononoke, and Haku, the water dragon spirit from Spirited Away. Supershinobi's work spans many islands of pop culture, from Star Wars to Mad Max, injecting subtle textures and bubbling energy into each.
