Heat oven to 350°F|180°C.2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Add in half of each of the cheeses, the hot sauce, pepper, salt, scallions, garlic, and artichoke hearts and mix until well combined. Scoop into ramekins or into 1 large 8-inch-by-8-inch casserole dish and top with the remaining cheeses. Cook until golden brown, about 1 hour. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
