LCD Soundsystem are about to breathe their final breath. Last year, the band filmed their last ever show to an instantly sold out Madison Square Garden. The thing went on for something like four hours and it was, by all accounts, an intensely emotional event, marking the end of a decade that James Murphy has basically lorded over like a poignantly unhappy and lonely king.

The film features live performance from the show and footage chronicling the journey and emotional implications the decision to end LCD Soundsystem has had on Murphy's life. The swanky, red carpeted premiere is taking place at Hackney Picturehouse on September 4th, and will feature a Q&A with Murphy.
