1 ½ ounces Hine H Cognac
1 ½ ounces Quinta do Noval Black port
¼ ounce simple syrup
1 whole egg
Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
Dry shake, then shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled highball. Garnish with nutmeg.
