Ray BLK Just Covered Rihanna, Destiny's Child and Santana All At Once

By which we mean she did a "Maria Maria"/"Wild Thoughts"/"Independent Women Part 1" mash-up on BBC Radio 1Xtra.

Ray BLK, as we all well know, is one of the brightest stars currently shining in London, and she shows no signs of dimming anytime soon. And as if to prove that she can even do cover versions better than your fave, the official BBC Sound of 2017 winner's most recent appearance on BBC Radio 1Xtra saw her taking on not only DJ Khaled and Rihanna's (OK, and Bryson Tiller's) song of the summer contender "Wild Thoughts," but also the song it samples ("Maria Maria" by Santana), with a little "Independent Women, Part 1" thrown in for good measure, as if the first two didn't have you chair-dancing hard enough.

Her vocal floats over the three tracks, uniting them as if they had always been mashed-up in this glorious manner, and Santana's bassline is just as irresistible here as it is on Khaled's new version. By the time "Independent Women" kicks in it's kind of game over for your inhibitions and you'll probably be up twirling. Watch above, and I guess just feel kind of bummed out that you're not Ray BLK.
